Wow..Nick was terrific and performed beyond our expectations in recently selling our condo. He was very easy to work with, quick to respond to any questions and explained everything. When the offers started coming in he negotiated with each buyer eventually increasing our final sales price over 10% above our original asking price. We ended up closing just 32 days after officially lising our property and Nick guided and orchestrated our condo HOA and buyer to complete their documents on time for a very smooth closing with no surprises.
