In short period, we made an offer on a home, which appraised significantly lower (55k) than the price we offered. Michael repeatedly went above and beyond for us, acting as our local proxy, which was very important for us since we were not in the area. After we got to know Michael and trust his ability to be our eyes and ears, we cancelled the trips we had booked to go look around the area, and bought the house without even seeing it. Total trust and integrity through the entire process. Couldn't be happier.
