My sisters an I needed assistance as our parents needed to move into an assisted living facility and they were unable to assist with the move or real-estate. She came in and cleaned out the house, hosted an Estate sale, fixed all issues with the property to get it in shape for the sale including sourcing suppliers, overseeing the work and often doing the work herself to reduce costs. She also did a fantastic job representing us as the real-estate broker for the sale in Jupiter Farms. She had market expertise, did the competitive assessment, recommended pricing, marketed the property extremely effective. The results were clear as we received 2 full price offers the first day of showing. Shawn created value in every step of the process, and her services were worth every penny.
