The FL escrow company sent us all docs via internet, we printed out, got notarized and overnight mailed back. With Rachel guiding us, closed 3 days prior to due date. She was extremely responsive, inspected the house to make sure electricity was still on while tenant was moving out. Her knowledge of the local market and quickly finding a buyer at our asking price, provided superior customer service. We are very happy with her.
