Julie represented us in our recent condo purchase. She was responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Her help and guidance in navigating the process from offer to closing was invaluable. We highly recommend her! Thanks Julie!
Julie was very kind and had a lot of local knowledge in helping us purchase another home in a completely different state. She explained the process and the differences in earnest money. She was very responsive to late night and weekend “ emergency” texts from us to answer our questions. She also had a very personable touch, assisted us with going to the condo several times for measurements, face-timing, etc as we were unable to travel as much as needed. We were able to sign and close within our 30 day desired time and assisted with a reasonable negotiation. We would definitely contact Julie again for our next purchase.
