Veronica was amazing from start to finish throughout this whole process. The property management and lending companies made things MUCH more difficult than they should have been, but Veronica went to bat for me and made sure my voice was heard throughout every obstacle that the other parties brought up. For all that she had to endure, I am forever grateful for everything she did. Veronica made it feel like she was taking care of a family member instead of just a customer! Veronica made the entire process of the sale of our old home, and purchase of our new home extremely easy, and stress free from day one. We were under a bit of a crunch between needing to get the sale of our old house finalized in order to move forward and close on our new house. Naturally, the nerves started to hit the instant we put the deposit down on our new house. Veronica never wavered as more time than we had hoped had passed, and our window kept shrinking. She kept encouraging us not to stress, and to trust her. Veronica assured us she would be up front with us if we ever came close to nearing that time of panic, even though we were nowhere close. She was very transparent with us about EVERYTHING, from what we could do to make the house a bit more appealing to broader prospective buyers, to how each and every step of the process worked to ensure there was no confusion. It didn’t seem like a realtor was trying to sell the house to get her commission; it felt like a friend was trying to help us get what we deserved from our first house, and help us find what we needed in our next house that would serve as the next chapter in our lives. At the end of the day, Veronica was amazing, and I would HIGHLY recommend her for anybody looking to sell their house and get every dollar you deserve from it, or help finding your next dream home!
