This was a bit of a complicated deal. First off I was selling a property that was in a TRUST and beneficiaries of the trust were 1100 miles away. So, special handling was necessary. Renee knew exactly what to do, in what order, and who to contact to get the deal done. Renee had to do some conferencing with County Clerk, Title Company, educate buyers agent and buyer as to necessary procedures and timeline. She did a great job. Because she was so knowledgeable and professional everything went smoothly. Great Job. Very relieved.
