Robert had an intimate knowledge of the Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding market. He compared other open listings, recently sold homes, compared square footage, upgrades, etc. which helped me list my home appropriately for a favorable price. Robert was always in constant communication with me throughout the entire sales process. He was consistently available by either phone or text to discuss every showing and/or offer. His attention to detail in pointing out the differences with each offer was extremely helpful in negotiations with each buyer that eventually yielded me the best price. Additionally, Robert went above and beyond for me to help stage and show the house. Robert was the agent who sold me my home when I bought it originally. I was so pleased with him then that I asked him to list and sell my house this time around as well. I would highly recommend Robert and should the need arise again, I will certainly be reaching out to Robert to utilize his services again in the future. Thank you again for all your help Robert!

Mel was amazing to work with. She made buying a first rental income on a time frame incredibly easy. I always felt educated by and felt she went the extra mile in every step. I highly recommend mel!
