Rosie is very professional and due diligent. The best agent I ever had will highly recommend her.

She knew all the ins and outs of this process. For any new homeowner/buyer looking for an agent with "complete" knowledge on the home buying process from its inception through to closing, look no further. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Not only that, but she was responsive, answered my many questions, advised me on what she thought was best (and it was) and took the time to explain things I didn't understand in terms that made the process more simplified. Negotiated with the other side effectively to get what wee wanted and communicated with me every step of the way. Thank you Ms. Francis, I am forever grateful and wish you an abundance of blessings. Keep helping others realize their dreams. Buying a home is a lifetime decision and having you by my side through the process made it a lot less stressful.
