A very experienced realtor with upto date knowledge of his areas. I've worked with Brian 3 times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian to friends and work colleagues. With Brian it isn't about making a quick sale or fast buck. I first talked with Brian on the phone before moving from California, I purchased a property sight unseen taking Brian's advice, Brian thought I was going to fly in but told Brian I wanted him to find me a property in West Palm Beach, not only did Brian find me everything that I wanted it was a property that needed nothing and just 3 miles from my job. So upon my arrival I was very happy. Just 3 weeks later a hurricane was going to hit our area in Florida and I thought what do I do, I received a phone call from Brian asking me if I was OK and was I prepared for the hurricane, well I had no clue but Brian out of the Blue said don't worry as he'd be right over and he came with tools and helped me with everything that I needed to secure my home. This is the kind of man Brian is. With Brian its NOT about making a quick buck he's the Man I want in my corner and my family and friends corner and wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend him to anyone. And since then my daughter and son in law has purchased a new home with Brian's expertise even 3 of my co workers that I recommended them to Brian purchased homes with Brian.
