As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, Mrs Pattee was very patient and pointed out things I should be looking out for while touring properties. She walked me through the inspection process and asked lots of questions of the inspector and took notes. She contacted the HOA for me to make sure I had all of the necessary documents in order to make an informed purchasing decision. Throughout the contract and closing process she was on top of everything making sure we closed on time. Closing went off without a hitch and I’m thrilled with my new home and with price that she helped me negotiate! Couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!

Smith was very patient, honest and he worked hard to help me get the best deal possible. He was patient with all the headaches we had to face from the HOA to finding an expert to close all the open permits before closing date. During this deal, he gave all the specific details about the property even though I was out of state he took the time to show and to explain all the details about the property. Finally, he helped me save money by not letting me buy the property with open permits, which would’ve been costly. I appreciate everything he did for me and will continue to use his services.
