Smith was very patient, honest and he worked hard to help me get the best deal possible. He was patient with all the headaches we had to face from the HOA to finding an expert to close all the open permits before closing date. During this deal, he gave all the specific details about the property even though I was out of state he took the time to show and to explain all the details about the property. Finally, he helped me save money by not letting me buy the property with open permits, which would’ve been costly. I appreciate everything he did for me and will continue to use his services. Also, I will refer my friends and my family to use his expertise .
