I am a realtor in another state- when a relator uses another realtor, you know they have to be good! Darlene had all the contacts to quickly and efficiently resolve issues that popped up during the sale of a family house. She was incredibly professional, great with explaining what to expect and the each step in the process. She worked tirelessly to make sure it closed on time. Would recommend 1000 times over!

We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best. We would definitely recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

All I can say is Awesome! Jeremy was great to work with finding my first home. He was very patient and always on the ball when it came to putting in offers to homes. I actually miss working with him but I am grateful I found my beautiful home. I highly recommend Jeremy if you want someone who is honest, real, and plays no games! I will work with him in the future if life calls for a new home.
