John is one of the most stand up guys that I’ve had the pleasure to work with in a long time. He has a tremendous amount of experience and has helped me greatly in my real estate career. I truly appreciate everything he’s done for me in such a short time. I highly recommend John for anyone seeking a team, real estate advice or unparalleled service.

Susan is a professional real estate agent. She helped us to negotiate the price, and we also received a few concessions too! She knows the area and the communities around it which is a plus in today's market. She was trustworthy during the whole process; she was present at the home inspection and helped us to look for every detail from day one and after closing day. Susan Fleming is absolutely amazing to work with! She's always in touch via email, text, phone. etc. She is very organized and diligent. She was always available every time we needed her and addressed every concern we had. She is very knowledgeable and thanks to her expertise we were able to get exactly what we were looking for, our first home is beautiful and is located in an area that fits our needs. I would definitely recommend Susan Fleming to my friends and family, she is a great real estate agent. If you are looking for a real estate agent that knows the Palm Beach area and lives in the community then Susan Fleming is your choice, she would walk you through the entire process from A to Z.

Lee was fantastic! We worked with Lee to purchase our house. He was well prepared, knowledgable and willing to spend hours on the search. Once we placed an offer, Lee negotiated hard to get the contract signed by the seller. The seller's broker was awful. Lee went above and beyond our expectations, always with a smile on his face, working through the inspection issues, access to the property and the closing. He was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend using Lee as your real estate agent.
