We were so fortunate to have found Maria Abreu Proenza. As our Realtor, she helped us to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Maria was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

Jennifer was phenomenal and was there for us every step of the of the way. We had a very small window to move and Jen made it possible. I just cannot thank her enough. I would definitely work with her in the future.

Maria not only helped us find the perfect family starter home, she was there for us every step of the way. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Maria patiently explained everything from the market conditions to the closing process. Even when facing the unusual circumstances of buying a home during a hurricane, her dedicated effort and expertise ensured that the purchase went smoothly at every point in the process. We cannot recommend her enough!
