Since it had been 21 years since I had sold my last home and now being a widow, she guided me through the entire process from start to closing. Manuela was always available when I needed questions answered and explained. She marketed my home so well that I received an offer for full asking price within 24 hrs of listing as well as 2 backup offers 2 days later. It was her recommendation that I have my home appraised before deciding on my asking price. I’m glad that I did since I had it valued a lot less.
