We had a few things to work out and Joanne helped us enormously. She is kind and thoughtful and a crackerjack realtor. Her suggestions helped a great deal. She went above and beyond to make sure that our showings went well and that we were always informed about next steps and best processes.

Erica is the best of the best. As a 70 yo I have purchaased and sold more than a dozen homes. From all the real estate agents that I have dealt with Erica is the finest, second to none. Without her hold my hand and dealing with some major problems, I wouldn't have sold my home. I needed a shoulder to cry on and it was hers! I sold my beautiful home and now have one nicer, all beach of Erica. FYI--in she has a beautiful family and somehow finds time to do vounteer work. She should be called saint Erica
