Just awesome. The whole process always in excellent hands of a dedicated professional. It felt like being cared for by a friend. Even when a couple of unexpected issues with still open permits from well before we even purchased the home popped up due to hick ups of the City of Weston and Broward County he resolved it very fast and efficient. Also after all was done, paid and delivered another issue with City of Sunrise came up he acted immediately and resolved it. Thank you again from the whole family and we will hopefully soon be able to us his services again. Just solid excellence.

Kim knew exactly what I was looking for, the area I wanted to be in and what was important for me to feel comfortable and safe in my new home. Even when I got frustrated and thought I would never find anything, Kim assured me that the right place would come along and to just be patient. She was right! Thanks to Kim and her expertise, I found a townhome that is perfect for me!

I worked with Mahriah on buying my first home, so I needed someone in my corner to work through questions and the process. Mahriah was awesome from the beginning, from compiling a list of places to view, all the way through closing. She is very professional but also casual enough to speak to you as a friend, and to make the process fun! Even through a couple small hiccups, Mahriah was on the phone making sure everything was set up the best for me, and I was able to close honestly with very little stress. Choose Mahriah if you want someone to work hard to make your home buying process smooth and to get you into a home you love.

Leslie is very thorough and professional. She did exactly what you can expect from a realtor. She is knowledgeable and responsible. She kept us informed every step of the way. My husband and I are glad to had her as a realtor.
