My husband and I purchased a home in May, and would not have been successful in this hot real estate market without speedy, proactive work from Debra. She let us know each time a new house went on the market, and was completely prepared to help us make a quick offer once we found one we liked. In a market like this one, where sellers receive multiple offers within days of their listing going up, it's critical to have someone like Debra, with her wealth of real estate experience and knowledge, to be on your side. She advised us on all aspects of the offer and, once the sellers accepted our offer, she walked us through each step of the purchasing process, answering countless questions and helping to resolve every issue. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, proactive and friendly. Thank you, Debra! We enjoyed working with you and love our new house!

Joel was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about buying a foreclosure. He was available to us any time we had questions ( we had plenty) . We had a very tight time schedule & he was instrumental in getting us in our new home on time. he was always very courteous & professional. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about investing in a home purchase.
