Well, we are in tough market now and I never thought this would happen let alone how smooth every moment was from start to our closing. Just wanted to give you so much thanks! You were amazing and súper profesional and stellar! Thank you again Herman!!! We love our new home and the kids too.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jude Avril as my realtor, and I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for his outstanding service and dedication throughout the entire home buying process. Jude is, without a doubt, a consummate professional who truly excels in his field. From our first interaction to the final closing, he demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise, patience, and genuine care for my needs as a buyer. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Jude was how easy he made everything for me. I have purchased multiple homes in the past, but I've always purchased in-state. Learning the lay of the land, so to speak, was new territory for me. Jude did everything possible to alleviate any anxiety by fully explaining the complexities of the real estate market. Jude's calm demeanor and thorough explanations helped me navigate each step with confidence. He broke down complicated concepts into simple, understandable terms, ensuring that I was always well-informed and comfortable with my decisions. He even went the extra step of recording properties for me as I was purchasing from a few states away. He really went above and beyond in this process and I count myself as fortunate for being able to partner with him during my home buying journey! Jude's patience is truly commendable. He never rushed me or pushed me into making hasty choices. Instead, he took the time to understand my preferences and requirements, carefully curating a list of potential homes that matched my criteria. His dedication to finding the perfect home for me was evident in his meticulous attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. I am truly grateful to Jude and his entire team at Ambassador Real Estate Services. They helped me to find the perfect home for me and I'm incredibly excited as I embark on this new journey. Thank you Jude!

Sarah sold our condo in Highland Beach in 32 days. She is very classy and clever and hands-on in her work. She gave us good advice on how to stage our unit and kept us informed about viewings. We couldn't be happier.
