Jordan was very conversant with all the ins and outs of selling a property, and was persistent when things did not go as quickly as I had hoped. He was always available for questions and was consistently upbeat about the various situations that presented themselves. He was also very patient with some of my questions and comments. I would use him again.

Charlotte Belanger
Avg. sale price
Sold (as lead agent)
Properties for sale
Seller of E12/638 Snug Harbor Drive, Boynton Beach
If you are looking for a knowledgeable, high energy, never give up realtor, Charlotte Belanger is your person. We met Charlotte in February 2025 when we decided to sell our condo in Boynton Beach Florida. The condo market was soft, but Charlotte was optimistic that we would be able to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. She walked us through the process and explained each step clearly. We had our first offer in early March. With Charlotte's counseling we counteroffered, and it was accepted, and we had a closing date of March 30th. Like most things in life, plans have a way of changing. Due to a number of issues, related to the buyer's approval by the condo board, and a leak in the ceiling of the condo we did not close until July 3rd. Throughout all of this Charlotte worked tirelessly to keep things on track and keep us appraised of what was happening. I should mention that we had moved back to Connecticut by early May so that much of the ceiling issue /repair coordination was handled by Charlotte. She spent many hours/days at the condo coordinating contractors, repairmen etc. She never gave up!! She is a real professional. She is worth every one of those 5 STARS
