Cleveland is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me with the comps of properties in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers while I was looking to make offers on investment properties. He also was able to arrange for people to do maintenance for the properties while preparing to sell (yard work, painting, handyman repairs). I have since recommended Cleveland to some friends in the area and they have had nothing but nice things to say about his work.

From the very beginning Randa has gone and beyond anything I could hope for as my agent. Her knowledge and professionalism has surpassed any other agent I have had in the past. She has made amazing things happen in a difficult closing for me and I will be forever grateful in making my transaction happen. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the process.I really appreciate Melkys and Wilder for going above and beyond and made the process less stressful.
