I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. He walked me through the process and I at no point felt I wasn't supported. He selected various homes for me to view that we're all excellent. However, one stood out among the rest. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances.
