Nikki Hanna is a closer! In a challenging market for sellers, I needed a shark and Nikki delivered. She advised me to get a home appraisal and a pre-home inspection, then guided me through exactly what needed to be done to get my investment property ready to sell. We received an offer in just 3 days and closed in 30 days! Nikki and Beth handled the HOA process and kept everything moving toward a successful closing. If you’re looking for a go-to Realtor in South Florida, Nikki Hanna is the one to call. Thank you, Nikki, for helping me sell my investment property!

Nikki helped through every step of the whole buying process and made everything easy to understand as a first time home buyer. She made sure I found something within my price range even in the crazy market we have here in South Florida. She was relentless in her search for a property for me and was always encouraging throughout.

I met Nikki in April of 2026. My aunt lived in Florida and passed away unexpectedly. My world was turned upside down with the task of cleaning out her home and preparing to sell it. I was completely overwhelmed with this, as I live in Massachusetts. I was referred to her by SJF Law Group. She was an angel sent from heaven. Her dedication to helping me through the selling process was above and beyond. I had so many obstacles to overcome, and at every turn, she had a vendor, a resource, a repairman to help me get things ready. As difficult as this journey was, each person I dealt with was professional, prompt, and more than fair. Nikki is a class act. She was more like a friend, than an advocate through everything. She had patience and compassion every step of the way. Always available, even when she was out of office! It is without hesitation that I suggest you call Nikki Hanna for your Real Estate needs. You will not be disappointed! Nikki, words cannot express my gratitude for all you've done for me. xoxo
