I purchased a place, closed on it and moved in in less than a month's time. To say that I was extremely satisfied is an understatement! She is currently looking for another property for me.

So we went forward and found a better house in a better place, which appraised correctly. We closed on it yesterday. Michael repeatedly went above and beyond for us, acting as our local proxy, which was very important for us since we were not in the area. After we got to know Michael and trust his ability to be our eyes and ears, we cancelled the trips we had booked to go look around the area, and bought the house without even seeing it. Total trust and integrity through the entire process. Couldn't be happier.
