As an avid residential real estate investor, I have been able to work with many residential agents and none come close to Griffin Wallace. I will never use anyone else besides Griffin when buying homes in Florida. He was there for me every step of the way and was available to speak/text 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Griffin never took longer then 10 minutes to respond to my messages and was able to find the perfect properties for me. Evan is, by far, the best broker we have ever worked with. Not to mention one of the most solid, down to earth, nicest person we have ever met. Whether in person or on the phone with him, it was always a pleasure. He went well over and above all of our expectations.
