We discussed different strategies to make our home more buyer friendly and as soon as we took her suggestion to use a neutral color paint inside, we immediately had a buyer. She had a printed itemization of the many cost saving assets offered in our home and shared this with the prospective buyers. Her honesty about interest rates was refreshing and reassuring and she kept us apprised of their status. Sheryl has a warm and friendly demeanor and soon felt like one of the family. She is thoughtful, kind, and always went out of her way to make us feel special with some goodies and treats! Sheryl worked diligently to market our house and kept us informed of her strategies. Her honesty made us assured that she was doing everything to sell our house including collaborating with other realtors that were also having open houses on the same day in our area. I can’t imagine using another agent and feel as though we hit the realtor jackpot with such an informed, hard working, honest, and kind agent.
