Mondany was fantastic from the start. She was very attentive and would go out of her way to help find the right property for us. Additionally, she had us in mind when in came to the area, type of property and would follow up consistently with the seller and us on status updates throughout the purchasing process. Her communication and honesty were top tier and we will definitely be using her in any future homes in and around the area or beyond!

I have had the misfortune of having to move and sell/buy houses multiple times in multiple different states in the last 15 years. I thought I had worked with some very good Realtors over the years but then I was introduced to Mondany... When she responded to inquiry on a condo in Florida within 15 minutes of me submitting it (not during normal working hours but late one evening), I knew I found the right agent. Mondany and her husband are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable in South Florida real estate which I now know is like no other real estate market I have ever seen (and not in a good way ... ridiculous taxes, ridiculous HOA fees, wild west in terms of buyer/seller closing cost responsibility norms). They are very easy to work with, very outgoing and very honest and up front. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. I could not have asked for a better Realtor duo! If you need to buy or sell in South Florida they are the best you will find.

It was a pleasure working with the Tricoli team in South East Florida. We worked with other agents selling other properties prior to working with this team. They really set themselves apart in terms of marketing and communication. Someone from the team was always available night and day and all calls were returned in a very reasonable time frame. Albeit, we were selling into a very tough buyers market, they sold our condo in a 55 plus community within 4 months. Never felt pressured to sell but we had concerns whether we were trading a better price for a quicker sale. Ultimately, that was our choice. It all worked out. They are a busy agency but communication was fine.
