She advocates for her clients and she is knowledgeable and thorough. She is responsive and always available to answer questions and provide guidance and her professional opinion. She pays attention to detail and points out things that I would never have thought about when I was purchasing my home recently. She recommended a great mortgage lender and all the vendors she recommended were excellent. She is the best realtor that I have ever worked with and I highly recommend Mondany to anyone.

Mondany was fantastic from the start. She was very attentive and would go out of her way to help find the right property for us. Additionally, she had us in mind when in came to the area, type of property and would follow up consistently with the seller and us on status updates throughout the purchasing process. I have had the misfortune of having to move and sell/buy houses multiple times in multiple different states in the last 15 years. I thought I had worked with some very good Realtors over the years but then I was introduced to Mondany... When she responded to inquiry on a condo in Florida within 15 minutes of me submitting it (not during normal working hours but late one evening), I knew I found the right agent. Mondany and her husband are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable in South Florida real estate which I now know is like no other real estate market I have ever seen (and not in a good way ... ridiculous taxes, ridiculous HOA fees, wild west in terms of buyer/seller closing cost responsibility norms). They are very easy to work with, very outgoing and very honest and up front. No hard sell or pressure of any kind. I could not have asked for a better Realtor duo! If you need to buy or sell in South Florida they are the best you will find.

Jeff, Mark and Neil are a great team. They made selling my house one of the easiest things in my life. I am still in shock that they listed the house on a Thursday and it was sold the following day. They knew where to price point to sell. They were awesome. If I ever needed to sell or buy again, I would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with the Tricoli team in South East Florida. We worked with other agents selling other properties prior to working with this team. They really set themselves apart in terms of marketing and communication. Someone from the team was always available night and day and all calls were returned in a very reasonable time frame. Albeit, we were selling into a very tough buyers market, they sold our condo in a 55 plus community within 4 months.
