We went down to Florida to look for a condo. Spoke to Candace on the phone and she lined up different neighborhoods and properties for us to see. Nothing worked out on our visit. Very soon after we left Florida Candace called and had a condo she thought we would like. She went to see it for us and gave us the details. The next day we made an offer and it was accepted. Candace was on top of all the dates and items we had to take care of all through the process. Two months later we moved in! Candace always returned calls and answered questions throughout those months.

The agent was very helpful and professional. She was able to find a buyer very quickly and handled the offers in a timely manner. In addition, since we were not in the state, she handled all of the cleaning, removal and preparation of the property for sale. The agent worked well with our attorney to have the closing run smoothly. Everything was done in a timely manner and pleasantly.

Professional in every aspect of the transaction and preparation for same. Have provided referrals and will continue to do so.
