Carmen is super diligent and stayed in touch with us constantly. He is an excellent negotiator and helped us through every step of the process. We would heartily recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Jaclyn Merizio did EXACTLY what she said she would do without any hesitation! She promised to do everything in her power to get me my price and she did! She is very professional and the Best Communicator ever! She held my hand through the process and kept me in the loop every step of the way, when there were issues she had solutions, when I did not understand something, she explained in ways I understood. I cannot praise her enough she is a true professional and I would work with her again in a heart beat!!

Her commitment, feedback, level of communication and attention to detail was by far superior to all other realtors I have dealt with in the past. I would get emails and texts at all hours of the day, which really showed me a high level of commitment to getting the job done. She would work day and night to get the property under contract and executed. I was definitely impressed and would definitely use Ashley again.

Deb was excellent from the time I initially reached out to her through the closing process. She was extremely attentive to every detail, had quick response to all correspondence, and great follow up- she kept me on track with everything. She assisted with every step of the process, loan approval, the HOA process, even providing me with how to get my utilities. I would highly recommend Deb
