We had a family situation that required us to sell our Florida townhouse from out of state. Geoff was referred to us from a friend that had used him to sell and buy a property in Palm Beach County. Overall, we had a GREAT experience from start to finish with Geoff. He provided detailed information about the market and made it very clear exactly what was taking place in the market. He helped us get the property ready for market - paint, handyman punch-list, etc... The entire process was seamless. We listed and sold quickly at a price that was better than we initially expected, while other townhomes in our community had been sitting on market for a while. We wholeheartedly recommend Geoff and his team at Atlantic Waterfront Properties!
