Samantha is the best...hands down. She carries a day-planner that says “hustle everyday” and that is exactly what she did for us. We hired Samantha due to our previous realtor’s inability to sell our home which is a decorator model home in one one of the best neighborhoods in the Boca/Delray area. There was no progress whatsoever. The minute we hired Samantha she Immediately had showing after showing with solid and qualified potential buyers. We had no offers with the previous realtor, but with Samantha we had three in the first 3 weeks and ultimately sold our home at a record price. That does not happen without Samantha. She is so knowledgeable about the market, buyers and what is really needed to sell your home. She implements the most innovative And cutting edge marketing strategies using the web and social media and virtual open houses. Samantha is honest, straightforward and her communication skills are beyond reproach. Samantha is our now our friend and realtor for life. When you go to choose your realtor the only choice is Samantha Friedman. I wish there were a lot more than only 5 stars because I would give her a million if I could.

Erika was a terrific asset to us in purchasing our home and a delight to work with. Ours was a long distance transaction and she handled it / represented us very well. She was present at the home inspection, provided us feedback and referrals to local professionals to assist with necessary repairs. This is the 2nd home our family purchased using Erika in the last few months. Her negotiation skills are excellent - we highly recommend working with her on your next real estate purchase.

Cathy is personable, low key, no pressure, efficient, great attention to detail, and a delight to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling or looking to buy.
