Traian was my buyer's agent on the purchase of my new home in Boca Raton. Thanks to Traian's negotiation skills and knowledge of the market, I was able to purchase my top choice out of all of the properties we saw. Traian made sure I understood every aspect of the transaction and negotiated several stipulations in the contract to make the deal favorable for me. He was always quick to prepare paperwork, such as addendums and extensions, to ensure the transaction could be finalized as quickly as possible, and he knew how to communicate with all of the key players such as the title company, mortgage broker, and seller's realtor. Working with Traian reiterated the importance of having a realtor with years of experience, like Traian, because there are many issues that can arise which require someone who has encountered these issues previously in order to navigate and resolve them with ease and minimal stress. I highly recommend Traian as a realtor and would use him again!

Traian was my realtor when I decided to sell my house in the Pembroke Pines area. From the very onset, he was very professional and a wealth of knowledge. He advised me wisely and most of all he listened to my suggestions and concerns. He regularly kept me informed of the status of the sale. When appropriate, he contacted the buyer's representative and or lender for timely updates. I would use Traian again should the need arises. I strongly recommend him if you are looking to sell your property and want an honest, upfront, dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable and professional realtor. Traian will work hard to get you the best deal for your property. Many thanks Traian.

Traian was most helpful and accommodating in helping us find a property to fit our needs. His knowledge of the market area helped us limit our search to what we most wanted and saved money and time traveling and looking at properties. His professionalism was key to our family quickly finding our home and being able to move within our constraints. Highly recommended and we will definitely use again if the opportunity arises
