I was the Successor Trustee and Executor for my cousin who was in essence a brother throughout my life. We were very close. My cousin had mentioned in our almost daily conversations of the relationship he had with Peg Delp as his RE Broker and friend so I contacted her when I flew from Oregon where I reside to take care of my late cousin's estate. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew she was a caring person and I immediately asked that she list the home for me. From beginning to end she was informative, consultative, attentive and quick to get things organized and done. I am retired; however, I have had several years experince as an RE Broker while residing in California. I can and do highly recommend Peg Delp for all your RE needs as a Seller, Buyer or Investor. She is honest and a pleasure to know and have as your consultant and representative.
