I was the Successor Trustee and Executor for my cousin who was in essence a brother throughout my life. We were very close. My cousin had mentioned in our almost daily conversations of the relationship he had with Peg Delp as his RE Broker and friend so I contacted her when I flew from Oregon where I reside to take care of my late cousin's estate.
