First, you should know I've already done the review the very first time you sent it to me. I don't mind writing again that Torm is outstanding not only in his profession but as a person who has innate sterling qualities of being genuinely good-natured, kind and caring with a refined character and terrific personality that few people have in this day and age. Many other realtors do not hold a candle to Torm. He is always one step ahead of any and everything you want to know and does many things to benefit a sale without even telling you. I would absolutely refer Torm to everyone I meet that is looking for a realtor. He is special and one of a kind.

I’ve worked with many realtors through the years, but Alina Pineda is the BEST! Through multiple deals I’ve found her to be a talented professional, who is hard working, smart, knowledgeable, tenacious, eternally optimistic, intuitive, courteous, conscientious, communicative/(very important), authentic, a savvy marketer and negotiator, and sweet and kind to boot; and no, I was not paid to write this review! Alina is just that good. She’ll go the “extra mile” for you (both literally and figuratively) and despite being busy, she has that rare ability of the uber successful, to make you feel like you’re her only client. You just get the sense that she’s got your back. While other realtors might care about their deals for their clients (to one degree or another) Alina will make you FEEL and BELIEVE that she cares about YOU! And THAT is what sets her apart.
