Natalie was incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process of finding/buying a house. As a first time homebuyer I was going in with so many uncertainties, but Natalie helped ease my mind by answering a million questions, guiding me while also making sure to not push me in any specific direction. She made sure that the place I bought was what I wanted, where I wanted, and within my price range. Would recommend her to anyone that asked! She’s amazing

Carol Chilvers was extremely patient with me in finding the dream home for my daughter and me. She spent over a year searching for the home I was looking for. When it came time to make an offer, Carol was an excellent negotiator! I was able to purchase my home for less than the asking price! Thank you, Carol, for being so hardworking and knowledgeable!

This is my second time working with Yuri and I didn't think I would be happier than the first time. But I am. He is the most professional and knowledgeable Realtor I have ever met. His work ethics, communication and honesty is like no other. I had a lot of questions during the purchase of my home and would call Yuri at night and during the weekends and he would always pick up his phone and was always there to assist and guide me through the process with the least amount of stress possible. I was able to purchase a home even though it had multiple offers on it and Yuri even negotiated a very large credit after the inspection for me which I was not expecting but was very thrilled about it. Yuri truly cares about each and every one of his clients. Nowadays it's very difficult to find a Realtor or even someone that you trust. Yuri definitely won my trust in him. If you're looking to buy or sell do yourself a huge favor and give Yuri a call. He is the man for the job.
