This is my second time working with Yuri and I didn't think I would be happier than the first time. But I am. He is the most professional and knowledgeable Realtor I have ever met. His work ethics, communication and honesty is like no other. I had a lot of questions during the purchase of my home and would call Yuri at night and during the weekends and he would always pick up his phone and was always there to assist and guide me through the process with the least amount of stress possible. I was able to purchase a home even though it had multiple offers on it and Yuri even negotiated a very large credit after the inspection for me which I was not expecting but was very thrilled about it. Yuri truly cares about each and every one of his clients. Nowadays it's very difficult to find a Realtor or even someone that you trust. Yuri definitely won my trust in him.
