Jill Falcigno sold our former house at above the asking the price. When we were ready to sell this home, we called Jill again. Jill is a very smart, extremely hard working broker. Jill had great photos taken of the house and then had a high number of showings. The house went under contract quickly and was sold in under 3 months at a good price. My husband and I were out of town and Jill took great care with the house and also insisted on people respecting the Covid-19 guidelines for showings. We would definitely have Jill handle another property sale for us!

John was a business partner in our search for a new home. In an incredibly difficult market where inventory was exceptionally low and offers were fast and furious, John certainly would have been in the position to "get me in a house" and move on. He did the exact opposite - he helps us slow down and create a strategy.
