I recently sold my house with Alberta and it goes without saying that she goes ABOVE and beyond for her clients. From Posting, to Closing Alberta was available to answer any and all questions, regardless of the time of day or her own life's circumstances. And, because she is so knowledgeable in her craft, she knew exactly how to promote and advertise my property which resulted in a sale price greater than I even anticipated! Anyone else (including myself) would have taken the first offer and ran with it to get their commission, but not Alberta. She made sure this was the right property for the right person and even managed my property while I was out of town! Words couldn't even begin to express my gratitude for the time and effort Alberta put into this transaction. But, I will forever be grateful!

We were so fortunate to have found Marisa when we came few months ago to Parkland to look for a house. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was always on our side working to make our house rent as fast and successful as possible. The best part about working with Marisa was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone. Keep up good work! ??

Awesome at communicating, work with us to get the perfect home, answering our questions day or night, she’s always there
