I recently sold my house with Alberta and it goes without saying that she goes ABOVE and beyond for her clients. From Posting, to Closing Alberta was available to answer any and all questions, regardless of the time of day or her own life's circumstances. And, because she is so knowledgeable in her craft, she knew exactly how to promote and advertise my property which resulted in a sale price greater than I even anticipated! Anyone else (including myself) would have taken the first offer and ran with it to get their commission, but not Alberta. She made sure this was the right property for the right person and even managed my property while I was out of town!
