With regard to the property I am seeking, Ms. Prince understands my overall objectives consisting of multiple (and often competing) factors, e.g., financial factors, family needs, location to workplace and attractions, and many more. Moreover, she becomes intimately familiar with how I prioritize each of these competing factors and presents each property with these factors in mind. Therefore, time spend with Ms. Prince always is well spent.  Content Knowledge. Ms. Prince’s granular knowledge of the market (and related disciplines, e.g., mortgage finance, title insurance, property appraisal, etc.) allows her to accurately assess a property’s value in accordance with my overall objects as well as the individual factors from which they are derived.
