Ms. Prince is exceptional in all categories and is always exceeding my expectations. Honestly, I could not find fault with any aspect of her representation.  Delightful Personality. First, Ms. Prince is well spoken, polite and extremely patient. However, she is never a pushover when advocating on my behalf.  Responsive. Ms. Prince is well organized, punctual, and makes herself available day, night and on weekends. Further, she is very responsive returning your phone calls, emails and text messages promptly if not immediately. Whenever she responded to my communications on the weekends, I often chastised her that she could have waited until Monday otherwise she would never meet her special someone!  Keen Understanding of Client’s Objectives. Ms. Prince listens carefully to my preferences and observes my reactions to different properties allowing her to quickly develop an empathic understanding of the properties that would be of interest to me. Accordingly, all the properties she presents to me are worthy of my consideration. With regard to the property I am seeking, Ms. Prince understands my overall objectives consisting of multiple (and often competing) factors, e.g., financial factors, family needs, location to workplace and attractions, and many more. Moreover, she becomes intimately familiar with how I prioritize each of these competing factors and presents each property with these factors in mind. Therefore, time spend with Ms. Prince always is well spent.  Content Knowledge. Ms. Prince’s granular knowledge of the market (and related disciplines, e.g., mortgage finance, title insurance, property appraisal, etc.) allows her to accurately assess a property’s value in accordance with my overall objects as well as the individual factors from which they are derived. Her commanding knowledge of the real estate industry allowed us to negotiate and structure an offer that won us the property we wanted despite the highly competitive market.  Bonus
