If you want your property sold, hire Jessica. I swear she is the hardest working human I’ve met in a very long time. I had to sell a townhouse with my ex husband and I was not looking forward to the process. But, every time a problem came up, Jessica would quickly come up with a solution. On top of being a fabulous problem solver, she is also a top notch sales agent. She actually cleaned our townhouse after we had a maid come and clean the place because she wanted the place to look perfect! She also had an open house the first week our house went on the market and followed up immediately with every prospective buyer. Unsurprisingly, Jessica sold our house in less than a month and for a price that exceeded our expectations! One last thing, Jessica is also my property manager. I knew she was going to be the best agent to sell my townhouse because she’s also my property manager and she truly is the best. I can text her anytime day or night with an issue and even though she has children, kids, cats, a husband, etc., Jessica always gets right back to me and solves my problem. I can honestly say Jessica Englert is hands down the best real estate agent in South Florida. Hire her now!

When we listed with Jessica, it was our first time with a new agent so we were naturally skeptical. From the very first meeting, it was evident how detail oriented she was, and how committed she was to her work. She showed up in person for every single showing. We moved out of state and ended up losing a contract because we had to re-pipe our entire house. The situation couldn't have been more disastrous and costly, but Jessica handled the ENTIRE situation flawlessly. She oversaw the construction, dealt with city inspectors, the re-model, all while relentlessly following up with prospective buyers. Her communication skills are impeccable-she responded to every single text, call, thought we had literally within seconds day or night. Our buyer ended up having an inferior agent so Jessica also kept our deal in line and made sure the timeline was followed to the exact day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling my childhood home than working with Austin and Ashley. There was so much emotion wrapped up in selling this house and both Ashley and Austin held my hand and walked me through the whole process with such kindness and compassion that I was truly in need of. They were both extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on market trends. They went above and beyond by staying in constant communication with me through the whole process and always took the time to answer my calls/texts and respond back to my questions. They always presented me with more than one option when trying to decide what the next step I should take was, but was never forceful and always let me make the final decision; even if I might have went against their initial suggestion.
