I wasn’t selling a house, I was selling my home; a home that I built and carefully selected every detail in it because I would be raising my children there. I’m happy that I was just as careful in selecting Melissa to sell my family’s home. She took an emotional experience and “held my hand” every step of the way. She told me the things I needed to hear to make sure my home showed well to get the best asking price, without suggesting unnecessary improvements,. Her knowledge of the market and of her profession sold my home the very weekend I listed!!!! She handled everything from the moment we spoke until the day of my closing with compassion (believe me there were more than a few tears) and expertise which got me a great price for my home. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable & motivated realtor to sell their home, I would DEFINITELY recommend Melissa Vanscoy!!!!!

I can’t say enough about Melissa. She was very professional and ethical when it came to the sale of our home. At no point did I feel pressured to accept an offer when there were many. I feel she really looked out for us and guided us through the sale of our first home. She was understanding and patient when I was a bit emotional about the sale. I would highly recommended her. She was brilliant and hard working and that was reflected in the quality of her work. Closing was smooth even though we had some prior hiccups on the buyers part which made us delay the closing a bit. She made me feel at ease when I got a little frustrated. She really CARED and that’s like a needle in a haystack in Florida.

She was great and very helpful during a very stressful time. She took care of everything. I would recommend her!!!!!
