Krystal went above and beyond what is expected from an agent. The property was my mother's condo. I was in one city and the property was in another city so I really needed someone that I could trust, that would keep the lines of communication open, and that would get the job done. On top of that, once we removed everything from the property, I did not realize the amount of work that was need before it could be put on the market. With these obstacles, I was going to give up and sell it "as is" but with her assistance and expertise we were able to do some upgrades and get it sold. In no time, my mom's condo sold for more than I thought. She was truly God sent. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, and she always kept me updated on everything.Thank you so much Krystal for your commitment, honesty, and dedication. It was a true pleasure working with you!
