Kelly Richter

We are so grateful to have had Kelly as our realtor for the sale of our home! From our very first meeting, she demonstrated incredible patience and understanding of our needs. Selling a home can be stressful, but Kelly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was her genuine care for us as clients. She took the time to explain every detail and always ensured we were comfortable with the decisions being made. It was clear that she always had our best interests at heart, working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for us.Thanks to Kelly's expertise, our house sold quickly and at a great price. We couldn't have done it without her support and dedication. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares and puts her clients first, look no further than Kelly Richter!

Kelly is the best! She works around the clock to ensure your sale is tailored to all of your needs. My husband and I have bought and sold with Kelly. She just recently sold our home and the process couldn’t have been any more pleasant

Kelly was incredible to work with!! I had a veryyy tight timeline to find a place and try and close. I'm a first time buyer and she was so flexible and patient with me and my many questions. She helped guide me through the buying process when I was out of the country and supported me throughout the entire process. I'm so appreciative of her!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Kelly. From start to finish she made sure my needs were met, communicated daily, and negotiated on my behalf to make sure I was getting what we deserved. Kelly will forever and always be my go to when it comes to real estate and would recommend her to absolutely everyone I know who is ready to buy and/or sell.

There were many challenges with the sale of this property which belonged to my brother, but Kelly met them all head on. It might not have happened without her, so our family is so grateful for her help and professional expertise. Thank you again, Kelly!

This was my third real estate transaction with Kelly. She previously helped me sell our family home as well as find a rental property until I was ready to buy. Once I was ready to purchase, Kelly was my first and last call. She immediately provided multiple listings that met all my criteria the very same day! After reviewing, we selected several places to visit and she coordinated this very quickly. When I found the place I loved, she helped us immediately place an offer which was accepted! Her knowledge of the local market as well as her relationships with other realtors / lenders helped make this as smooth of a process as possible. Not to mention she is just a very pleasant person and always a pleasure to deal with. She never seems bothered by my many questions / updates. She is always available via phone or text - she even responded while on a family vacation! Kelly and her team are truly the best, I have already recommended her to several friends and coworkers!!!
