Although this recent transaction was our first one with Mike Crisp and his Keyes team, this was not our first residential transaction. Unlike other transactions in the past, on this one we had the other side bring a lot of different and frustrating challenges, with deals even going completely sideways. Mike was always able to pivot, adapt, and ultimately find solutions. Moreover, on this deal we were able to interact with a lot of other agents, which gave us a huge sample set of talent to compare, and amongst them all we were happy and confident we had the best agent in the whole process. Without a doubt. Side note: Since we moved across state, we had a different agent help us buy the next house. After we closed on the new house and moved in- crickets, we have not heard from that agent once.
