Mike Crisp and Keyes Realty helped us sell our home at a phenomenal price, and they completely exceeded our expectations getting it done. Although this recent transaction was our first one with Mike Crisp and his Keyes team, this was not our first residential transaction. Unlike other transactions in the past, on this one we had the other side bring a lot of different and frustrating challenges, with deals even going completely sideways. Mike was always able to pivot, adapt, and ultimately find solutions. We were looking for a new house and had to sell the one we were living in, but we were so frustrated with the previous experiences we had before with other realtors. That's when Michael was recommended to us by a friend. He literally surprised us (in a good way) in every aspect of our purchase and sale, because we never had this kind os support before. He closely guided us through the whole process, explained every step of it, took care of everything that would show up and then just tell us that it was resolved. Pictures were amazing (by the way, awesome photographer as well!), prepared a booklet for the Open House so people could take home and worked really hard on selling our house and giving us feedback. That made it possible to have our house sold in 19 days!! We can tell that he really loves what he does, definitely connects and care for his clients, is a very simple and transparent guy and will always look out for you.
