Have worked with Gabriel for the last 10 years and 4 transactions. Industry leader, knows the area and South Florida.

Valerie is the type of Realtor I didn’t think existed. She was prompt with responses, on top of everything throughout the transaction, negotiated superbly on our behalf and most of all always had OUR interest at heart. We listed the property and had two offers within one day. We took the first offer, but the buyer ended up backing out at the last minute. Valerie immediately got the people who made the second offer on the phone and convinced them to bring their offer up to full price. Even after countless issues and problems with our home, numerous extensions for this and that, requests by the buyer for drastic discounts and a harrowing waiting game we closed less than 60 days from the first offer. Whether you’re looking for a home or selling your home, call Valerie today!
